Wanda Faye Hudson

Wanda Faye Hudson was born in Egypt, Arkansas, on February 15, 1934, daughter of Willard Leo and Gladys Lucille (Downs) Troxler. She departed this life on December 11, 2013, at Eaglecrest Nursing & Rehab Center in Ash Flat, Arkansas, at the age of 79 years, 9 months and 26 days. Wanda was united in marriage to William Hudson in Memphis, Tennesee. She spent her working years as a homemaker. Wanda is survived by two daughters, Denise Jackson Fowler of Myron, Arkansas, and Karen Ihrig of Rockville, Maryland; one son William Hudson of San Antonio, Texas; her mother Gladys Troxler of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; one sister Sue Johnston of Poulsbo, Washington; one brother Jerry Troxler of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; three grandchildren, Jeff Jackson, Josh Jackson, and Scott Hudson. She was preceded in death by her husband and her father. Memorials preferred to Salem Elementary Library. Arrangements by Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas.
