Kelly Corneal Graves

Kelly Corneal Graves was born in Alicia, Arkansas, on May 6, 1935, son of Loyd Christopher and Fredia (Gardener) Graves. He departed this life on December 16, 2013, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas, at the age of 78 years, 7 months and 10 days. Kelly was united in marriage to Jo Ann Cawvey on May 19, 1954, at Caraway, Arkansas. He was a greenskeeper for several golf courses, a mechanic and truck driver. Kelly was of the Protestant faith. He is survived by his wife Jo Ann Graves of the home in Salem, Arkansas; two daughters, Sharon K. Fox of Kansas City, Missouri, and Debbie Jo Beach and husband Bill of Harrison, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Mary Jo Hill and husband Matthew, Erin Willis and husband Rob, Jessie Fox and Jason Fox; three great grandchildren, Austin Neer, Ashley Hill and Hannah Hill; two step grandchildren, Sam Beach and wife Viola and Christy Fillmore and husband Jeff; five step great grandchildren, Noah Hill, James, Tyler, Carter and Ella Beach; one sister Etta Mae Majors of Thayer, Missouri, one brother Aubry Graves of Kansas City, Misouri; other relatives and friends. Kelly was preceded in death by his son Kelly V. Graves; parents; and two brothers, Carl Eugene Graves and Shelby Graves. Funeral services will be held at Sturkie Church of Christ at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 20, 2013, with Bro. Bill Beach officiating. Arrangements by Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas. Memorials preferred to Arkansas Childrens Hospital.
