Dorothy Jean Beck

Dorothy Jean Beck was born in Chicago, Illinois, on October 16, 1965, daughter of Donald and Marilyn (Miller) Deslongchamps. She departed this life Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas, at the age of 48 years, 4 months and 20 days. Dorothy was united in marriage to Jeffrey Allen Beck on September 10, 2012, at Melbourne, Arkansas. She was employed as a CNA in the healthcare industry for several years. Dorothy is survived by husband Jeff Beck of Lakeview, Arkansas; one daughter Jennifer Higley of Sterling, Illinois; two sons, Joseph Higley and John Higley, both of Sterling, Illinois; three sisters, Darlene, Debra and Donna; two brothers, Doug and Dale. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Marilyn Deslongchamps. Arrangements entrusted to Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas.
