Sheldon Neal Rupert

Sheldon Neal Rupert was born in Long Beach, California, on November 12, 1945, son of Elmer Sheldon and Avy Eudora (Neal) Rupert. He departed this life Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas, at the age of 68 years, 5 months and 7 days.  Sheldon was united in marriage to Paula Gail Clinton on January 9, 1987, at Maricopa County, Arizona. He was proud of his service with the US Navy during the VietNam War. Sheldon was known and loved by all who really knew him and celebrated life to its fullest.He is survived by his wife Paula Rupert of the home in Salem, Arkansas; two daughters Ann Conklin and husband Erik of Peoria, Arizona, and Sandra Bni; one brother Michael Camp and wife Colleen of Peoria, Arizona; four grandchildren, Garret Lobiondo (Sarah), Tara Conklin (Brandon), Erika Conklin and Sara Lee; three great grandchildren, Dominick, Lexus, and Sheldon. He was preceded in death by his parents.Funeral arrangements entrusted to Barker Funeral Home of Salem.
