Randus “Randy” Owen Bailey was born in Kansas City, Missouri on May 1, 1975, son of Jose Salinas and Linda Trammell. He departed this life on July 30, 2015, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas. Randy was united in marriage to Kerri Marie Craig on July7, 2007 in West Plains, Missouri. He spent his working years as a welder and in the construction business. Randy is survived by his wife, Kerri Bailey of Salem, Arkansas; 2 daughters, Reagan Hall-Bailey of Gassville, Arkansas and Evi Bailey of Dexter, Missouri; mother, Shirley Bailey of Kansas City, Missouri; 2 Brothers, Brandus Bailey of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Andrew Bailey of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; 4 Sisters, Vercinia Reed of Abu Dhabi, UAE, Erica Portillo-Chavez of Blackfoot, Idaho, Lisa Dougherty of Mill Spring, Missouri, and LaWanda Parker of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; mother in law, Gerri Batterton of Gassville, Arkansas; sister in law, Kayla Franks (Brandon) of Salem, Arkansas; brother in law, T. J. Hickman (Stacie) of Elizabeth, Arkansas; 3 nieces, Jordyn Franks of Salem, Arkansas, Kaylee Cooper of Salem, Arkansas and Audrie Hickman of Elizabeth, Arkansas; 2 nephews, Peyton Franks of Salem, Arkansas and Tanner Hickman of Elizabeth, Arkansas and many other relatives and friends. Randy was preceded in death by his adoptive father (Leslie Bailey) and parents (Jose Salinas and Linda Trammell). Funeral services will be held Monday, August 3, 2015, 11:00 AM at Barker Funeral Home Chapel in Salem, Arkansas, with Bro. Winford Franks officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 9:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home. Arrangements entrusted to Barker Funeral Home of Salem. Pallbearers are Tony Lynn Hickman, Jr., Gary Cunningham, Brandon Franks, Donald Earl, Edmound Hall and Chance Franks. Burial will be in the Free Union Cemetery, Moody, Missouri. Memorials may be made to the family in lieu of flowers.
