John Bradley Collins

  John Bradley Collins was born in Alton, Illinois, on June 12, 1970, son of Jerry and Ruth Ann (Lynch) Collins. He departed this life on November 26, 2015, at the age of 45 years, 5 months and 14 days.   Brad was a graduate of the University of Arkansas College of Pharmacy and worked as a Pharmacist for Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. Brad was a very loving father and his world revolved around his daughter Gillian. He was very loyal to friends and family and was very generous of himself and his time. Brad loved the St. Louis Cardinals and the Arkansas Razorbacks.   Brad is survived by his daughter, Gillian Renee Collins of Gainesville, Florida; parents, Jerry and Wanda Collins of Salem, Arkansas; one brother, David Collins (Emily) of Troy, Illinois, a niece, Eva Collins; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Ann (Lynch) Collins.   Memorial services will be Saturday, December 5, 2015, 2:00 PM at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas, with Bro. John Hodges officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are Pat Martz, Michael Houlihan, Clint Layes, Vincent Rose, Kevin Patton, Scott Demontmollin and Nick Fazio. Arrangements entrusted to Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to The Gillian Collins College Fund @ First National Banking Company, PO Box 487, Salem, Arkansas, 72576.
