Jearl Winfred Ford

Jearl Winfred Ford 85, of Viola, Arkansas was born on May 7, 1931, in Oxford, Arkansas, son of the late Hershel and Opal (Webb) Ford.  He departed this life on February 24, 2017 at Ozark Medical Center in West Plains, Missouri.   Jearl served his country in the United States Army and during his working years he was a maintenance tech at American National Can for many years.                                                He is survived by a son, Joseph Ford and wife Stacey of Albia, Iowa; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Doyle Ford of Jefferson, Georgia; uncle, Herbert Murray of Salem, Arkansas; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by daughter, Yvonne Browning; son, Monty Ford; sister, Velma Davis, and his father and mother.   No services have been scheduled at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas.
