Bonnie Elizabeth Collins Gildersleeve loved life. She was a warrior who fought valiantly and fiercely for the people she loved and the things that she believed in. She was known for her heart and helpfulness and was always helping those who needed a hand. Those left to mourn will remember her with great love and admiration.
Bonnie was born on April 28, 1962; she departed this world on December 21, 2019 at her home in Salem, Arkansas. Bonnie is survived by her husband William “Bill” Gildersleeve; two sons, Billy (Curtis) and Chris (Katie) Collins; three grandchildren: Chance, Austin, and Molly Collins; her mother, Kathy Fraley; Four siblings: Richie Collins, Randy Collins, George Giouzelis, and Stella Giouzelis; as well as a multitude of family and dear friends. Two sons, Tracy Lee Collins and William Oliver Collins Gildersleeve, and her parents Richie and Myrtle Collins precede her in death.
A “Celebration of Life” memorial service for Bonnie will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday December 29, 2019 at the NAEC Orange Room in Salem, Arkansas. All family and friends are invited to this potluck style dinner to celebrate Bonnie’s amazing life. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas .
