Chase leaves to mourn his passing, parents, Zachary Miller and Vivian Head of Salem, Arkansas; brother, Karson Ray Miller of Salem, Arkansas; grandparents, Doug and Kara Miller of Salem, Arkansas, Nate and Candace Merworth of Jay, Oklahoma, and Ron Head of Hardy, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends.  

The family will have private services. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
