Cheryl Lynn Hazelwood, 52, of Salem, Arkansas passed from this life on January 27, 2020 in Salem, Arkansas. Cheryl was born April 29, 1967 in Toldeo, Ohio.

Cheryl spent her working years as a cook for various places. Cheryl loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend.

Cheryl is survived by her; husband, Jimmy Thomas of Salem, Arkansas; son, Jason Aubrey of Alton, Missouri; two daughters, Jessica Illgenfritz of Troy, Missouri and Jenny Schumaker Norton of Harrison, Arkansas; mother, Kathleen Kay Schumaker of Salem, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren, Nevaeh Marie Aubrey, Grayson Allen Aubrey, Alexis Dawn Swingle, Ayden Noble Wade Swingle, Allison Lynn Thomas, James Franklin Thomas, Isaiah Immanuel Chism, Grayson Illgenfritz, Parker Swingle, Shayleigh Swingle, Serenity Swingle, and Elias Swingle; great granddaughter, Oaklynn Rae Swingle; brother, Ronald Schumaker of St. Louis, Missouri; sister, Dawn Traw Cunningham of Camp, Arkansas; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father and niece (Lexi Kay Capri Traw).

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas with Bro. John Hodges officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until time of service on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Barker Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Hunter Cemetery in Salem, Arkansas. Pallbearers are J.J. Winget, Cody Traw, Stephen Swingle, Jimmy Traw, Doug Cunningham, and Jimmy Thomas.  Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
