Della Jane Maclin, 61, of Salem, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, October 28, 2021, in Salem, Arkansas. Della was born May 19, 1960, to David Odean Highfill and Beulah (White) Highfill.

Della was united in marriage to Franklin A. Maclin on December 15, 1992, in Viola, Arkansas. Della spent her working years as a CNA. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend.

Della leaves to mourn her passing son, Leroy Meadows, Jr. of Salem, Arkansas; daughter, Latoshia Maclin of Salem, Arkansas; four grandchildren; three brothers, Charles Dean Highfill of Salem, Arkansas, “Bill” Thomas Highfill of Salem, Arkansas, and Bobby Highfill of Salem, Arkansas; sister, Beulah “Louise” Wilson of Salem, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her son (Franklin D. Maclin), great granddaughter, husband (Franklin A. Maclin), parents (David and Beulah Highfill), and brother (David Lee Highfill).

Family will have a celebration of life at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home, LLC in Salem, Arkansas.
