Joyce Marie Roberson

Joyce Marie (Lillard) Roberson, age 61, born December 9, 1956 in Greensboro, North Carolina, daughter of George F. Lillard and Evangeline P. Hankins. She departed this life on January 13, 2018 in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas.

Joyce worked in the accounting department for FedEx. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and was of the Baptist faith.

She leaves to mourn her passing; husband, Charles Roberson of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; three daughters, Christine Heath Essary and husband Robert of Bartlett, Tennessee, Amanda Mattingly Cockrum and husband James of Walls, Mississippi and Sharon Banton and husband Jeff of Bartlett, Tennessee; son, Jason Heath of Memphis, Tennessee; six grandchildren, Alicia, Christopher, Caleb, Connor, Zachary and Sean; brother, Gene Lillard and wife Jean of Pensacola, Florida; sister, Pamela Lillard of North Augusta, South Carolina; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends services have been scheduled for 5:30 P.M. till 7:30 P.M. Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Bartlett Hills Baptist Church in Bartlett, Tennessee. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas.
