Katheryn Eleanor Osborne

Katheryn Eleanor Osborne, 75, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, passed from this life on Monday, June 16, 2025, at Mountain View, Arkansas. Katheryn was born to Albert and Eleanor (Huff) Johnson on June 20, 1949, in Brooklyn, New York.

Katheryn was united in marriage to Roger Leonard Osborne on March 17, 1970, in Pico Rivera, California. Katheryn spent her working years as a seamstress and enjoyed sewing clothes and teddy bears. Some of her favorite pastimes were gardening, playing mountain dulcimer, cooking, music festivals, craft shows, hula hooping, and farmers markets. She loved health foods, cats, and vacations with her children, traveling and living many places. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend, and was of the Christian Faith.

She leaves to mourn her passing husband, Roger Osborne of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; three sons, Tony Osborne (Florina) of Huntington Beach, California, Duane Osborne of Phoenix, Arizona, and Jonathan Osborne (Jamila) of Hardy, Arkansas; three daughters, Jennifer Dicorato (Patrick) of Long Beach, California, Sarah Tyler (John) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Carrie Nichols (Jeffrey) of Searcy, Arkansas; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, David Johnson of Joshua Tree, California; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents (Albert and Eleanor Johnson).

Funeral services will be 9:00 A.M. Saturday June 21, 2025, at the Flora Baptist Church in Viola, Arkansas with Bro. Robert Lash officiating. Interment will be in the Flora Cemetery in Viola, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be family. Memorials may be made to the ACNA (Art Center of North Arkansas). Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
