Kenneth Darrell Collins

Kenneth Darrell Collins, 60, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, December 18, 2021, in Mountain View, Arkansas. Kenny was born July 28, 1961, in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas to the late Lemuel Davis Collins and Iva S. (Pitchford) Collins.

Kenny spent his working years as a sawmill laborer and was of the Assembly of God faith.  He loved his family dearly and loved to go fishing whenever possible. He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend.

He leaves to mourn his passing, three daughters; Leslie Thompson and husband Weston of Dowagiac, Michigan, Shayanne Collins of Oxford, Arkansas, and Letticia Collins of Batesville, Arkansas; three step daughters; Brienna Baney, Christine Kodrich, and Heather Figueroa; stepson, Gary Kodrich; sister, Judy Carwile of Mountain View, Arkansas; two brothers, Wendell Collins and wife Shawne of Keys, Oklahoma and Larry Collins of Williford, Arkansas; four grandchildren; two step grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, son (Joseph Stefka), three brothers (Spencer Glisson, Bob Glisson, and Jimmy Dale Collins), and two sisters (Joyce Miller and Lisa Collins).

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 23, 2021, at the Shiloh Assembly of God Church in Brockwell, Arkansas with Bro. Leon Morehead officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home, LLC in Salem, Arkansas.
