Lanetta Ruth (Stephens) Robbins Taylor

Lanetta Ruth (Stephens) Robbins Taylor, 82, of Viola, Arkansas passed from this life on Friday, January 1, 2021 in Viola, Arkansas. Lanetta was born May 11, 1938 to Raymond Lee Stephens and Alma Leona (Crotts) Stephens in Elizabeth, Arkansas.

Lanetta was married to Duell Robbins on June 9, 1956 in Viola, Arkansas. She later married Leroy Taylor on April 14, 1997 in Russellville, Arkansas. Lanetta worked many jobs during her working years. She worked at the Tri County Shirt Company in Salem, Arkansas, Baxter Labs in Mountain Home, Arkansas, and Benton Service Center in Benton, Arkansas. Lanetta loved flowers, gardening, fishing, quilting, and crocheting. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, friend, and was a member of the Viola Church of Christ.  

Lanetta leaves to mourn her passing three sons, Jeff Robbins and wife Eva of Hardy, Arkansas, Randy Robbins of Pineville, Arkansas, and Nickey Robbins and wife Judith of Viola, Arkansas; thirteen grandchildren, Aaron Robbins (Jamie), Kristy Robbins, Anthony Duell Robbins (Sarah), Amanda Bryant (Peter), Robin Taylor (James), Jeffery Robbins (Kira), Joey Robbins, Donna Mobley (Brian), Amber Rush (Matt), Bradley Robbins (Jenna), Jayde Willett, Andrew Ochoa, and Tyler Ochoa (Lairen); twenty one great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; three brothers, JR Stephens of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, Jimmy Stephens and wife Sara of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, and Richard Stephens of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two sisters, Joyce Russell of Benton, Arkansas and Janet Cole and husband Walter of Benton, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by both her husbands; parents; son (Tony Robbins), and brother (David Clifton Stephens).

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Elizabeth Cemetery in Elizabeth, Arkansas with Bro. John Hodges officiating. Pallbearers are Bradley Robbins, Duell Robbins, Jeffery Robbins, James Taylor, Mark Russell, Aaron Robbins, and Tyler Ochoa. Honorary pallbearers are Brian Mobley, Peter Bryant, Matt Rush, and Mayson West. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
