Loma Mae (York) Williams

Loma Mae (York) Williams, 86, of Franklin, Arkansas departed this life on Thursday, May 9, 2019 in Salem, Arkansas. Loma Mae was born to the late George York and Loma Belle (Taylor) York on March 23, 1933 in Wiseman, Arkansas.

Loma Mae was united in marriage to Robert Lucius Williams on April 4, 1951 in Franklin, Arkansas. Loma Mae was a homemaker and worked for many years as a sales clerk at the Foreman’s Grocery in Franklin. Loma Mae was a member of the Franklin Church of Christ. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.

Loma Mae leaves to mourn her passing; daughter, Rachel Faulkner and husband Scott of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; two grandsons, Cody Faulkner of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Caleb Faulkner of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers (Thadneal York and Euion York) and two sisters (Vernitha Dover and Deletta Kersey). 

Funeral services will be 11:00 P.M. Monday, May 13, 2019 at Franklin Church of Christ in Franklin, Arkansas with Bro. Arthur Mock and Bro. John Schuhknecht officiating. Visitation will be 9:00 A.M. until time of service on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Franklin Church of Christ in Franklin, Arkansas. Interment will be in the Morriston Cemetery in Morriston, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Mike Dover, Ted York, Stanley York, Rick York, Joe York, Brock York, Kim York and Terry York. Memorials may be made to the Children’s Home in Paragould, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
