Marilyn Louise Erickson

Marilyn Louise Erickson, 86, of Flippin, Arkansas passed from this life on Friday, May 29, 2020 in Salem, Arkansas. Marilyn was born January 24, 1934 to the late Edward Seth Sheldon and Hazel (Nickles) Sheldon in Crestline, California.

Marilyn was united in marriage to Paul Anthony Erickson, Jr. on September 21, 1952 in Crestline, California. Marilyn spent her working years as a Fiscal Director for Hesperia School District and was of the Christian faith. Marilyn was the best mother and grandmother and was very kind, generous, and loving to her family. Marilyn and her husband were very active in BPOE #1610 in Victorville, California. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Marilyn is survived by two sons, Michael Lawrence Erickson (Cindy) of South Kingstown, Rhode Island and Ricky Allen Erickson of Las Vegas, Nevada; daughter, Susan Mayhew of Mountain Home, Arkansas; four grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents,  and brother (Jay Sheldon).
