Martha Etta Fowler

Martha Etta (Putman) Fowler, 82, of Griffithville, Arkansas departed this life on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 in Salem, Arkansas. She was born to the late Elgie Putman and Oleta (Duke) Putman on February 19, 1936 in Hickory Plains, Arkansas.

Martha was united in marriage to Larry James Fowler on March 13, 1981 in Des Arc, Arkansas. Martha was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Martha loved her family and loved being outdoors. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.

Martha leaves to mourn her passing ; husband, Larry Fowler of Des Arc, Arkansas; six sons, Randy Rainbolt, Sr. (Cathy) of Beebe, Arkansas, Ricky Rainbolt (Shree) of Salem, Arkansas, James Rainbolt of Beebe, Arkansas, Timothy Rainbolt (Kandee) of Salem, Arkansas, Roger Brannon (Jackie) of Beebe, Arkansas and Billy Brannon (Delfina) of Beebe, Arkansas; sixteen grandchildren, Johnny Rainbolt, Kaycee Dowdy (Bill), Dede Voiles, Brittney Davison, Skyler Davison, Alivia Rainbolt, Erica Rainbolt, Randy Rainbolt,Jr. (Michelle), Kristina Fowler (Robbie), J.T. Rainbolt (Gabbie), Josh Brannon (Hailey), Ashley Brannon, Cassie Foster, Kalie Smith (Larry), Sarah Brannon and Justin Brannon; eighteen great grandchildren; brother, W.C. “Dub” Putman (Shirley) of Flint, Michigan; two sisters, Ada Holland of Clio, Michigan and Barbara Kays (John) of Lompoc, California; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents (Elgie and Oleta Putman) and brother (Bob Putman).

Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
