Nancy Christine "Christy" Gonzales

Nancy Christine “Christy” Gonzales, age 39, of Camp, Arkansas was born on July 4, 1978 in Pocahontas, Arkansas. She departed this life on December 3, 2017 in Camp, Arkansas. Christy was united in marriage to Richard Anthony Gonzales on March 28, 2015 in Buffalo, Oklahoma. Christy spent her working years as a crew leader in fiber optics. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, friend and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her parents, Eugene and Janice Huddle of Salem, Arkansas; husband, Richard Gonzales of Camp, Arkansas; five sons, Tyler Barker (Allison Wing) of Rush, Colorado, Damion Bell (Jenia Bartruff) of Salem, Arkansas, Logan Dobbs of Salem, Arkansas, Andrew Gonzales of Fargo, Oklahoma and Anthony Gonzales of Fargo, Oklahoma; daughter, Shaylee Gonzales of Fargo, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Conner Lundry-Barker, Bryer Barker and Mason Barker; brother, Marvin Huddle (Ashley Diamond) of Pyatt, Arkansas; best friend, Sheila Bales of Camp, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.   Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas with Bro. Jarald Hood officiating. Pallbearers are Logan Dobbs, Damion Bell, Marvin Huddle, Steve Gonzales, Leonard Brown, Randall Carroll and Matthew Niederbrach. Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Barker Funeral Home. Memorials may be made at the Bank of Salem for Christy Gonzales to help offset funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas.
