Owen Walter Warren

Owen Walter Warren was born September 12, 1927 in Kirkland, Indiana. He was the son of Grover Fred and Mary Maude (Douglas) Warren. He departed this life on August 12, 2017 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.   Owen married Kathryn Louise Neff on October 26, 1968 at Frankfort, Indiana and to this union one child was born. Owen served his country in the US Army during WW II and the Korean Conflict. He worked as a truck driver and was of the Christian faith.   Owen is survived by his son; Robert Warren, Sr. of Kennett, Missouri; three grandchildren, Robert Warren, Jr., Paul Warren (Nicole) and Trena Stratton (Bryan); five great grandchildren, Brett Michael, Brian Keith, Seth Aaron, Kyle Owen, River Stratton and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents and four sisters (Florence, Mabel, Flossie and Jennie).   Memorial Services will be 2:00 P.M. August 20, 2017 at Evening Shadows Memorial Park in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas.
