Phillip Monty Hollis, Sr.

Phillip Monty Hollis, Sr. age 63, was born to the late Ray Kenneth Hollis, Sr. and Julia Faye (Youngblood) Hollis on January 21, 1955 in Richmond, California. He departed this life April 13, 2018 in Camp, Arkansas.

Phil was a sheet metal worker. Phil liked to hunt, fish, garden and loved riding his motorcycle. He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.

He is survived by wife, Frances Eleanor (Salamone) Hollis of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; son, Phillip Hollis, Jr. of Salem, Arkansas; two daughters, Julia Steward and husband Jesse of Salem, Arkansas and Frances Andrews of Jonesboro, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Dalton, Colton, Kaiden, Taylor, Faith and Kaylen; brother, Ray Hollis, Jr. and wife Mary of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas with Josh Smithee officiating. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
