Retha Mae Fletcher

Retha Mae Fletcher, 86, of Calico Rock, Arkansas, passed away from this life on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Calico Rock, Arkansas.  Retha was born December 25, 1935, in Optimus, Arkansas to Robert Henry Flanery and Myrtle Ellen (Hart) Flanery.

Retha was united in marriage to William Ray Fletcher on June 22, 1953, in Culp, Arkansas and to this union two children were born. Retha and Ray were married for sixty-nine years. She worked as a homemaker, cook, and helped with the hospital auxiliary at Community Medical Center in Calico Rock, Arkansas. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and loved her family very much.

Retha leaves to mourn her passing, husband, Ray Fletcher of Calico Rock, Arkansas; son, Dennis Fletcher and wife Dolores of McKinney, Texas; daughter, Tina Boris of Salem, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Edward Boris, William Fletcher, Greg Serna, Natalie Fletcher, Jennifer Fletcher, and Aaron Fletcher; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother (Eldrige Flanery).

There are no services scheduled at this time.  Memorials may be given to the charity of your choice.  Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home, LLC in Salem, Arkansas.
