Ronnie Gale Adams

Ronnie Gale Adams, age 70, departed this life on Monday, October 22, 2018 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born to Golman Velro Adams and Wanda Lou (Emery) Adams on October 24, 1947 in Salem, Arkansas.

Ronnie was united in marriage to Susan Moretz on February 14, 1980 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Ronnie retired after twenty four years of service in the United States Air Force. Part of his service was during the Vietnam War. Ronnie loved dirt track racing and working on “Betsy” his red 1983 Silverado truck. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, friend and attended the Salem First Baptist Church.

He leaves to mourn his passing, wife, Susan Adams of Camp, Arkansas; son, Jackie Adams and wife Renea of Gepp, Arkansas; two daughters, Beth Ann Adams of Union, Arkansas and Angela Boshears of Salem, Arkansas ; ten grandchildren, Tayhlor, Cheyenne, Nathan, Logan, Reagan, Mackenzie, Rifle, Tyler, Baylor and Mason; three great grandchildren, Payzlei, Wesson and Reed; mother, Wanda Coggins of Salem, Arkansas; longtime best friend, Mike Dover of Salem, Arkansas; longtime friends, William And Tina Holloway of Salem, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Golman Velro Adams. 

Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 26, 2018 at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas with Bro. John Hodges officiating. Visiting hours will be 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 26, 2018 at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to the Disabled Veterans Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
