Ruth Ellen Kingston

Ruth Ellen Kingston, 90, of Salem, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Salem, Arkansas. Ruth was born on January 15, 1933, to Harry William Hails and Mae Alice (Pate) Hails in Fresno, California. 
 
Ruth was united in marriage to Robert Eugene Kingston on February 28, 1951, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ruth was a homemaker and loved taking care of her children, family, and her animals.  Ruth loved planting and working in her garden, taking care of her yard, and watching westerns.  She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, aunt, friend, and was of the Christian faith. 
 
Ruth leaves to mourn her passing daughter, Sandy Bohlmeyer of Salem, Arkansas; six sons, David Lee Kingston (Carol) of Orem, Utah, Dennis Allen Kingston of Salem, Arkansas, Donald William Kingston of Peoria, Illinois, Dan Eugene Kingston of Willow Springs, Missouri, Douglas Michael Kingston (Angie) of Duck Hill, Mississippi, and David Eugene Kingston (Heather) of San Antonio, Texas; sixteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister, Judy Hails of Fountain Valley, California; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband (Robert Kingston), son (Duaine Steven Kingston), parents (Harry and Mae Hails), sister (Barbara Hails), and brother (Robert Hails). 

Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday January 13, 2024, at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas with Bro. Tyler Fox officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
