Sandra Kay (Taylor) McFarren, 56, of Camp, Arkansas departed this life on Sunday, August 19, 2018 in Salem, Arkansas. She was born to the late Cletis Wayburn Taylor and Robert Nell (Lee) Taylor on March 20, 1962 in Rison, Arkansas.
Sandra was united in marriage to William Russell “Rusty” McFarren on September 3, 2004 in Petit Jean State Park in Arkansas. Sandra was an Administrative Assistant for Arkansas Department of Human Services in Mountain Home. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend and was a member of the Salem First Baptist Church. Her children meant the world to her and she loved watching them play ball. She was known for always doing for family and friends before she would do for herself.
She leaves to mourn her passing; husband, Rusty McFarren of Camp, Arkansas; two sons, Chase Steed and wife Autumn of Pottsville, Arkansas and Chance Steed of Camp, Arkansas; brother, Kent Taylor and wife Alice of White Hall, Arkansas; sister, Dena Brown of Grapevine, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Grapevine Cemetery in Grapevine, Arkansas with Bro. Roger Taylor officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen For The Cure Arkansas, 904 Autumn Rd., Suite 500, Little Rock, AR. 72211. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas.
