Sharon Marlene Fish

Sharon Marlene (Henslee) Fish, 69, of Ash Flat, Arkansas departed this life on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 in Springfield, Missouri. She was born to the late Presley Wilcer Henslee and Vada Louise (Potter) Henslee on February 10, 1949 in Morriston, Arkansas.

Marlene spent her working years as a caregiver with home health and was a member of the Saddle Baptist Church. Marlene loved her grandchildren, reading, antiques and collectibles. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend.

She leaves to mourn her passing; two sons, Adam Henslee of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas and Luke Fish of Salem, Arkansas; daughter, Sheryll Fish of Harrison, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Grace Henslee of Princess Anne, Maryland, Katie Fish of Myron, Arkansas and J.R. Casey of Harrison, Arkansas; five sisters, Lorine Elliott of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, Ebb Glisson of Glencoe, Arkansas, Kathleen Jones of Saddle, Arkansas, Phyllis Owens of Oxford, Arkansas and Darlene Niederbrach of Salem, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers (Gene Henslee, Dean Henslee, Dennis Henslee and Lennis Henslee) and three sisters (Cecil Henslee, Pauline Lawyer and Angie Allard).

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas with Bro. John Hodges officiating. Visitation will be 12:00 P.M. until time of service on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Salem, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Luke Fish, Adam Henslee, Tony Allard, Chris Jones, Gordon Owens and Doug Jones. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem, Arkansas.
