Stanley Maurice Hurst

Stanley Maurice Hurst, 67, of Salem, Arkansas passed from this life on Monday, April 26, 2021, at Springfield, Missouri.  Stanley was born December 30, 1953 to Clarence Monell Hurst and Arla Mae (Harmon) Hurst at Eta Jima, Japan.

Stanley spent his working years as a carpenter and served his country in the United States Navy.  Stanley graduated from Salem High School in 1971.  Stanley was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend.

Stanley leaves to mourn his passing, brother, Timothy Hurst and wife Nikki of Salem, Arkansas; sister, Viva Hurst of Salem, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends.  Stanley is preceded in death by his parents.

No services are scheduled at this time.  Memorials may be made to the USO (PO Box 96860, Washington, DC 20077-7677).   Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
