Wayne Killian

Howard Wayne Killian, 85, of Ash Flat, Arkansas passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023, at Ash Flat, Arkansas. Wayne was born January 16, 1938, in Soper, Oklahoma to R.B. Killian and Letha (McMinn) Killian.   
 
Wayne married Mary Bufford in 1956 at Bakersfield, California and to this union two daughters were born.  Wayne worked as a transmission mechanic for different Ford Motor Company dealerships for about sixty years.  Wayne enjoyed rebuilding transmissions, fishing, the Dallas Cowboys, spending time with his family, and playing his guitar. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, friend, and was of the Christian faith.   
 
Wayne leaves to mourn his passing, two daughters, Penny Gammons of Cave City, Arkansas and Patty Miller (Mark) of Ash Flat, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Angela Costa, Jamie Daub (Jordan), Katelynn Miller, and Andrew Miller; two great grandchildren, Jaylynn Daub and Anna Daub; brother, Charles Don Killian of Cave City, Arkansas; sister, Mary Tracy of Cave City, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and brother (Elmer Leroy Killian).  
 
No services are scheduled at this time.  Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home, LLC in Salem, Arkansas.
